We meet you at your preferred location — your apartment garage, the Pearson rideshare lot, or a convenient parking area along Lake Shore Boulevard. The repair is completed during your standard break period.
Fleet account management
For courier fleets, contractor crews, and corporate vehicle pools, we establish a single account with monthly invoicing. Your drivers contact us directly, reference the account name, and we manage all subsequent logistics — no purchase orders, no per-vehicle approvals. We track every job by VIN and provide a monthly summary to streamline your accounting processes.
Information required
We require only the VIN, license plate, and service location. We confirm the correct glass specification from the VIN, dispatch from Richmond Street East, and bill the company directly. Drivers are not required to pay out of pocket or handle paperwork. For Uber and Lyft vehicles, we have established relationships with most major insurance partners and can route claims directly when applicable.
